Our licenced Crowd Control Officers must undertake specific related training before being accepted for any Crowd Control duties. We maintain that all staff must abide by and follow all induction training processes, policies and procedures.
Our ongoing commitment to training ensures we provide the best possible practises for any Crowd Control obligation.
We believe a major emphasis of this role is to select officers that have a combined skill set in both security and customer relations, and have an understanding and working knowledge of environments that can require dealing with multiple persons or large crowds.
